Planning, Recipes, and Shopping
- Find & store recipes in Paprika Recipes Manager 3. Criteria for choosing recipes:
- Preferably oven cooked. If not, below 15 min cook time
- Below 15 min prep time
- Max 5 ingredients.
- Build up a library of 40 recipes/shopping lists for meals in your local home delivery app. I use Oda in Norway and store the recipes as lists.
- Plan dinner/lunch 1 week in advance on the weekend in Paprika.
- Order food from a home delivery app.
Cooking
- Make 4 portions per person.
- Use kitchen appliances you can put in the dishwasher.
- Cook in the oven.
- Bonus: Cook directly in portion-sized oven-, dishwasher-, and microwave-proof glass containers. If you eat meat, use a thermometer to get it perfect every time.
Eating
- Eat 1 portion, and store 1 portion in the fridge for lunch/dinner tomorrow. Store 2 portions in the freezer. Reheat in the microwave when needed.
- Serve the food in containers instead of plates or use them as bowls and eat from plates.
Cleaning
- Put everything that needs to be cleaned in the dishwasher.
